Through paying homage to its natural surroundings and the native owl species in the Oakville area, The Saw Whet condominiums establishes itself as an exclusive and connected oasis within this established neighbourhood. This boutique-style mid-rise condo is inspired by its surrounding landscape, using layered elements to filter light similarly to a tree canopy on the forest floor. The project is rooted in mid century modern style, and embraces the clean lines, functionality, and warm tonal qualities of this design period.
