The design for this mid- rise condominium has been approached as an intersection between nature and architecture, and plays off of the juxtaposition that this creates. Clean lines against organic shapes, smooth surfaces against rough textures, natural against human-made; all of these elements come together to become a refuge for the inhabitants. The concept of "the garden pavilion" forms a basis for the planning and design direction, creating the illusion of a wall-less structure, and allows for the free flow of the exterior into the interior.

Amenities include an active coworking space, fitness zone, social party lounge and concierge.
