The Clockwork 3 mid-rise condominium by Mattamy Homes Canada embraces time and movement, using ideas of succession and repetition to create a strong sense of place and belonging. By playing with the application of materials, form, and light, we created a space that depicts the progression of time. Through exploring how time can be translated into the built space, we brought the concept of time to the visual senses through soft and rounded forms, and repeated use of elements throughout the spaces. To appeal to a younger demographic in the town of Oakville, a brighter colour palette was used to create a sophisticated, yet warm and inviting interior.

Amenities include a fitness centre, party room, active co-work zone, pet spa and concierge.
