Bellwoods House by Republic Developments brings an elevated, boutique living experience to the Trinity Bellwoods neighborhood of Toronto. This mid rise condominium transforms the site of a former gas station and mechanic shop into a modern residential complex. While creating a new contemporary living space, this project preserves a classic Toronto heritage building, adding character to the surrounding community. Bellwoods House represents the connectedness and social qualities of the Trinity Bellwoods neighborhood, while layering modern and timeless materials to create a chic experience for its residents. 

The architecture of the building is brought into the interior through the use of brick and black metal, to create monolithic archways in the lobby and cowork spaces. The gym utilizes a modified version of these archways, creating mesh forms against a vinyl-stretched backlit ceiling, which evolves throughout the day in an interactive circadian rhythm.

Amenities include fitness center (including yoga/dance studio and sauna), pet spa, active and private cowork zones, party room, coffee bar, podcast studio, and concierge.
