Silver award winner for best presentation center at The Nationals, presented by the National Association of Home Builders.

The Bellwoods House Presentation Center creates a visual connectedness to Bellwoods House condo by introducing similar design features. A smaller-scale version of the black metal archways is used in conjunction with the mesh archways from the condo gym to create visual harmony and a sense of place for the purchaser. A similar concierge desk design is also used, bringing in more utilitarian materials such a hot-rolled steel, and contrasting these against the warm oak wood panels used on the walls in the main presentation room of the space.
